This was one of the worst interview experiences I've had. It had over 5 rounds, which felt like too many and took forever. By the end, I questioned if it was even worth the effort. The worst part was in one of the later rounds when the interviewers kept turning their cameras on and off randomly during the call. It was super distracting and felt unprofessional. I'm not sure if it was on purpose or a tech issue, but it made it hard to concentrate on what was being said. It also made me feel like they weren't really into it or respecting my time. Overall, it felt disorganized and didn't leave a good impression of the company.

So, the interview process basically has about 2-3 rounds of interviews, and then there's a final HR round. They were pretty open about everything during the whole process, which took about 4-6 weeks. First, you have a one-on-one with the hiring manager. After that, you get to meet the rest of the team. Since it's a senior role, you'll also be meeting with other leaders on the team.

So there were about 4-5 people in total. The main part was a presentation I gave to 2-3 people, and then there was a Q&A session. After that, I had 1:1 chats over Skype and phone. The recruiter gave me the presentation topic a few days before, it was a scenario related to the job. I had to send the presentation to the recruiter the day before my interview.
