I signed up on their website and a recruiter from HR reached out about a Financial Analyst role. I accepted and had a phone screening with the HR recruiter from London. It was about an hour long and covered typical HR topics like interest in the company and reasons for seeking new employment. The next interview was in person with the hiring manager and a senior team member. The questions were straightforward, not very technical. Following that, I completed an online personal test. The third interview was a video conference with an HR person and a finance manager from Boston. Initially, I met with the manager alone for several competency-based questions, asking for examples of past behaviors. Then, the HR representative rejoined us to discuss my personal test responses. The overall hiring process was smooth. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but never did. After a few weeks, I emailed the London HR contact without a reply. It was disappointing to not receive any feedback after three interview stages.

It was 3 rounds total. The first round was with 2 managers and wasn't too hard, mostly situational questions. Round 2 was with a director, it was super tough and went over an hour with lots of technical and situational questions. Round 3 was with HR and was basically a formality with background verification. I got an offer within a week. The HR person was really helpful and answered all my questions. The whole process took about a month.

I applied online and got an email from an outsourced recruiter to schedule a 30-minute phone chat. I got good feedback and was told I'd have a second phone interview in 3-5 days. It's been 3 months, and I've been told the same thing every week: the recruiter hasn't heard back from the hiring manager. So, I decided to pull my application because I don't want to work for a company that doesn't treat its employees well. The whole interview process clearly shows this.
