I spoke with a director and a manager from the team I would be joining. I also had a conversation with someone currently in the role I was applying for. They each shared their perspective on the job and how they could help me get started.

It was a really fast process. HR reached out and I had a couple of phone interviews. After that, I went in for an in-person interview. They asked some questions, but it wasn't too difficult. As long as you know your stuff, you'll get the job!

A recruiter contacted me about a role but didn't say which one, just asked for my contact info. Then a second person called, asking if I could talk on a certain date but still no job details. It was only on the third call that they actually told me the position. Honestly, this felt like a waste of time and resources. I think it'd be way more efficient if they just told me the job title upfront. Maybe there's a method to their madness, but I reckon it could be improved.
