Sales Engineer
I had a recruiter call, then a call with the sales engineer manager. No feedback after that. My feeling is that there was a lack of technical knowledge and skills. A situational question was asked, very briefly. It was the same process twice: recruiter, then sales engineer manager, but no feedback. I felt they lacked technical skills and expertise. I was asked a brief situational question.

Software Engineer
The interview involved technical Java questions covering object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, microservices, and REST endpoints. We also touched on database normalization and indexing optimization, the differences between interfaces and classes, polymorphism, and access modifiers. SQL, Java libraries and versions, and Git principles were discussed. Additionally, there were questions about working effectively with teams.

Data Analyst
If my CV is selected, the process starts with an interview with an HR person, then an interview with the manager. The HR interview covers many things: past projects, soft skills. Then it gets more technical with the manager.

- What tools do you use and are familiar with?
Commercial Agent
The Orange Maroc interview process kicks off with a phone pre-selection. After that, there's an HR or technical interview where they'll ask about your background, skills, motivation, and sometimes give you hypothetical situations. Depending on the role, you might have a language or technical test. You'll usually hear back within a few days.
