I waited for about 45 minutes and then had a 15-minute interview with both the HR person and the manager. They didn't ask many questions, mostly just looked at my resume and asked me to introduce myself before kind of ignoring me for the rest of the time. I wasn't really introduced to anyone properly.

The interview process at Orange Call Center Egypt starts with an online application or by registering in person. Then there's a phone screening. After that, candidates come in for an in-person assessment where they take tests for English and communication skills. If you pass that, you'll have an HR interview where you talk about your background, when you can start, and why you want the job. The last interview is with a team leader or operations manager who will check your customer service skills, how you solve problems, and if you fit the company culture. It usually takes a few days and they want to find people who are professional, flexible, and focused on customers.
