Behavioral Presentation Case

It's a straightforward process, no real traps, just a few rare Excel questions. It starts with a phone call, then an in-person meeting in Paris. You need to show a commercial temperament, be confident, and friendly. The alternating pace might be a challenge. Create a consistent profile that shows you like human interaction, enjoy challenges, and like being responsible for your results. Be ready for the classic 'sell me this pen' question, which is also rare. Be really relaxed; people at Orange are like that. Make them want to work with you, so show you're nice and interesting, but still get to the point.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The job consultant set up the initial screening. After I was shortlisted, I had a personal interview with the hiring manager from the business team, who would be my direct manager. A few days later, I had a telephonic interview with senior management. Once I was selected, I met with HR to talk about compensation and what happens next.

Technical Group

It wasn't too difficult, the questions were easy. I had to do a test with three stages, and the pass mark was 60. It included math, management questions, and verbal reasoning. The experience was fun.
