It's a straightforward process, no real traps, just a few rare Excel questions. It starts with a phone call, then an in-person meeting in Paris. You need to show a commercial temperament, be confident, and friendly. The alternating pace might be a challenge. Create a consistent profile that shows you like human interaction, enjoy challenges, and like being responsible for your results.
