We had a phone call, then a video call, then met with someone from operations and the manager for skill testing and verification. The process was simple and efficient, and the interviewers were attentive. Nothing to report, everything was as expected.

I first posted my CV on Monster, then a recruiter contacted me. In the first interview, they asked if I knew the technical aspects from the job description. Some things I knew, others I didn't. Next, the technical lead interviewed me, asking technical questions about the job and my past experiences, and I had to solve some scenarios. After that, the technical lead passed my CV to their client. They were looking for someone with more experience. In the final interview, I met with a project technical lead and their manager. I had to answer many technical questions in French and English after describing my experience.

The interview process was really good. The HR interview was nice, and the technical interview with my new team via video conference also went very well. Everything happened in a good atmosphere. Even though Orange is a big company, you can't really generalize one person's experience to all job interviews.
