I sent my CV to an engineer who was looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Then, an HR person called me and asked many questions in English, and then set up the second interview. The team leader met me and asked many questions about my CV, like volunteering, university, internships, and courses. He also asked 'introduce yourself', 'what's your weaknesses& strengths?', and 'what do you know about Orange?'. After that, I had to do an online technical test and an IQ test. It's important to be fluent in English or at least excellent.
