It was a pretty unresponsive and long interview process. I had a good first interview with the recruiter, then 3 more Zoom calls with a GM, Tech Sales Manager, and Multimodal Team Manager. These later interviews went well, and I was told they'd let me know about a decision that same day or the next. But the hiring team never contacted me and ignored my emails and calls for updates. The only other contact I got was to see if I was free for interviews for another team. I'm not sure if they just wanted to hit an interviewing quota, but basic decency would be to at least let someone know if they got the job or not.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a really great interview experience! I talked to two people from different departments, and they each offered unique perspectives on the company and the role. The vibe was professional but also relaxed and comfortable, which made it easy to be open and share my experiences honestly, rather than just giving rigid answers. They gave me some pointers and a sort of study guide beforehand, so after a few hours of prep, I felt totally ready. Overall, it was a smooth and positive interview process.
