It started with some emails and then a 1:1 phone call. After that, I could pick between another phone interview or going into the office. I picked the office. Both chats were pretty laid-back and I learned a lot. Everyone got back to me fast and it was clear what they were looking for. It was a good experience overall.

Had a short 10-minute intro phone call. Then I went to their office for an in-person interview. I met with two managers, no HR. It was a really friendly, conversational interview. They spent most of the time talking about the company and the role, and didn't ask me too many questions about myself.

I applied online and heard back from the recruiter the next morning to set up a phone interview. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the branch manager, which is usually in person but was virtual due to COVID-19. It was a really straightforward interview with typical questions. My branch manager was really impressed and offered me the job before we even finished talking.
