Had a 20-minute phone screen first. The job posting didn't say anything about salary/commission, so I found that out during the phone screen. Then, I had an interview that included a quick office tour and some general questions. After that, I shadowed a current BDR, and then we did more behavior-based questions.

The interview process went really well. I got to speak with the General Manager and another manager or assistant manager. They were thorough and let me ask my own questions at the end. The toughest part was coming up with examples for their behavioral questions. It's a good idea to look over sample questions beforehand so you can prepare your answers and avoid having to think on the spot for too long.

It was super quick and easy, I first had a call with a recruiter where they asked about me and my interest in the role. Then, I had a second Zoom call with the manager for my location. They asked more behavioral questions to see if I knew about the company. Overall, it was a good experience.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about a situation where you exceeded expectations?
