I sent in my resume and then chatted with someone I knew at the company. The first step was a 30-minute phone interview. Try to make this call last as long as you can, as it shows you're engaged and keeping the interviewer interested. Make sure you have your own questions ready, like whether internships can turn into full-time jobs, what your duties would be, what a typical day looks like, and about the training. Finally, remember to send thank-you notes to everyone you spoke with, letting them know you're still interested.

After they review your application they pair you with a recruiter. The recruiter I got paired with, Nana, was very helpful throughout the interview process. She was always willing to answer any questions that I might have and made sure I was up-to-date with the interview process. The whole interview process was very straight forward and enjoyable. I really enjoyed being able to job shadow some members apart of the sales and operations team during my final round interview to make sure I knew what was expected for this internship.

The interview process was very simple. I applied for a job in Chicago even though I am in Dallas. I had 4 brief interviews. The first was a phone interview with the Recruiter I spoke with on campus. The next was at NTG in Dallas. The next two were phone interviews with the manager in Chicago and the Recruiting Manager. No interview lasted more than 45 minutes.
