First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group.
Account Coordinator
It was a two-step process. First, a call with HR, then a virtual interview with two managers. It was fun but tough. They really looked at me as a person and my thinking and what I could bring to the company. They tried to make it friendly and not robotic. The tests on attention to detail and listening skills were the hardest. It was fun and informative overall, and I learned a lot.

It was a really well-organized interview process. They asked a lot of good questions, but they also gave me the chance to ask my own questions and learn more about the role. The interviewers were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the start.
