The recruiter was friendly. Management was quite starked that I did research the company, what they did and asked what i would do. I told them I don't want to end up wasting the time of both parties. Passed VP level. However on CTO there was a decision I will not be fit. Recruiter took an extra session to explain. Thanks for this.

A recruiter from Mondo reached out, and I went through two rounds of interviews with CentralReach. The first round was informal and felt a bit all over the place, it was a group thing and didn't really have a clear structure or direction. The second round felt hurried and focused more on procedural stuff than the design topics I was expecting. After that, neither the Mondo recruiter nor CentralReach got back to me. I never heard anything, not even a rejection, and they stopped responding even when I followed up later. It's kinda unprofessional not to send a basic update when they were the ones who contacted me first.

Behavioral Technical

The process started with an online questionnaire and resume submission. Then there was a phone call, followed by a panel interview with team members, and finally an interview with the manager. It wasn't too bad, just basic interview questions. They were unresponsive after I answered their questions. I followed up numerous times and then proceeded to get sent the same job opportunity a month later.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process was super fast - right after they reached out, it was almost every day trying to schedule more interviews. The first interview was just qualifying questions. The second interview with the Manager of the technical recruiter I was working with made me feel like I wasn't a priority because she only knew how to engage the Prospect by saying 'I'm just so curious' before asking the question. I'd suggest she find some EEOC friendly ways to ask 'how / why / tell me more' in these meetings. The third interview with the Director of the floor was great, and talking with them made me really want this opportunity. They seem to really believe in their team and know how to get you interested. The fourth interview, with a team lead and manager for the office I was interviewing at was okay. They ask you to do a ‘Sell Me’ example which is basically to check if you can use the STAR sales technique – I actually lost interest in this opportunity after talking with them though. They really highlighted the limited income potential during ramp up, to the point where the OTE was ridiculous, and the salary offering versus hours expected to be worked are not competitive at all, especially locally. [The salary cap for Mondo isn't even competitive for the salary cap at the Addison group]. Finally, I had an interview scheduled for the last step and nobody showed up – the recruiter contacted me after 45 minutes with a ‘yikes, looks like that didn’t work out’ and expected me to keep being flexible with the interview process. In the end, I told them I didn't have flexibility in my schedule anymore and lost contact with the recruiter. I took a competing opportunity in the same market.
