The hiring process was really smooth and organized. Starting from the first call all the way to the last interview, they kept me updated and were super professional. The people I talked to were nice and made me feel at ease, so I could just be myself. They asked some good questions that really let me dig into my experience and skills. I also liked that they explained the job, the company vibe, and what they expected, which helped me see myself fitting in with the team.

First there was an introductory call, and then a technical interview. They disappeared after the technical one. If a candidate isn't what they're looking for, it's polite and a sign of seriousness to at least send an email notifying them of the negative evaluation.

The role was with Amazon, which was great. However, the recruiter who was the intermediary between myself and Amazon was not. They delayed many processes due to poor response times, and had Amazon reach out directly to me. Months later, after I declined the initial position, they reached back out and then ghosted me again after I asked additional questions. This recruiter really lacked customer service skills and was not easy to work with.
