Had 3 interviews for the Support Technician N2 position, everything went really well, the vibe was great, but 2 months after the interviews, no feedback. The business manager who promised an interesting mission called me a few days later to offer me an N1 position.. If I applied for an N2, it's because I'm looking for an N2 position or better, it's just logical.

First, I had a quick 15-minute chat with a recruiter, and after that, they set me up for an onsite interview. The onsite involved a hands-on mechanical hardware test where I had to rebuild an assembly using extra parts. They even put one piece on upside down to throw me off. Then, I had a 2-on-1 interview with the lab heads who asked me about my background and some behavioral stuff.
