The hiring process was really smooth and organized. Starting from the first call all the way to the last interview, they kept me updated and were super professional. The people I talked to were nice and made me feel at ease, so I could just be myself. They asked some good questions that really let me dig into my experience and skills. I also liked that they explained the job, the company vibe, and what they expected, which helped me see myself fitting in with the team.

Technical Behavioral

You really need an internal referral to get a shot at this job; otherwise, it's a very cliquey scene. They also want you to be young. Watch out for a ton of office gossip from both management and your coworkers. It's definitely not a team environment; it's more of a "shark tank" vibe.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process was really fast, efficient, and the onboarding was quick too. I was already in town interviewing with other companies, so they made sure to move things along quickly for me. They seem to prefer candidates with prior recruiting experience, although I don't think it's a strict requirement. The specific division I'm joining really benefits from that prior experience. I can see how someone without it at an entry-level position would find it REALLY tough.
