Development Engineer
Structured process with HR: Greetings, introduction of the company, tell us about yourself, questions about work experience & internships, and so on... The interview was very pleasant and HR was also super nice.
- What are your salary expectations?
- What are your skills from your internship?
- Tell us about yourself.
Senior Software Engineer
I had 2 initial calls with the recruiter. They sounded very young and unprofessional, which is surprising given the role level they're hiring for. After that, I had an interview with the employer. Overall, it was a very negative experience with all the recruiters involved. There was miscommunication, unprofessional attitudes, and rudeness.
- Were there any unusual questions asked?
Java Software Developer
I had a video screening set up with one of the recruiters via Microsoft Teams. I joined the meeting before it was scheduled to start, but the recruiter never showed up. After about 4 minutes, I sent a text message and an email to the recruiter letting them know I was waiting for the meeting. They replied saying I was late and that they were moving on with other candidates. This felt really unfair because I was already in the meeting, and the interviewer didn't even show up.
