I had a few phone screens, first with the local Charlotte office and then with national directors who managed that office, just to make sure it was a good fit. Since I was moving from out of town, after those calls, I came in for an in-person interview. I met with the office director and several senior recruiters and business development managers. The interviews were either 2-1 or 1-1, which gave me a great opportunity to ask a lot of questions and get various perspectives on the company and how my background would work there.

Started with an interview with the Branch Manager which was intense and investigative but fair. Then had an interview with 2 other team members, similar to the first but getting their opinions. Finally, a meeting with the Branch Manager focused on conversation and goals to ensure alignment.
