First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mobiquity.
Senior Software Engineer
I got referred and the TA team reached out. They sent the job description and I picked a time slot for 5 days later. The first interview was an hour. It was mostly theoretical questions and a practical example. The interviewer ended it early, around 30 minutes in, and I haven't heard back from TA since.
- Can you tell me about a challenge you faced and how you resolved it?
- What is currying?
- What are your thoughts on unit testing?
Product Designer
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was contacted via LinkedIn and set up an initial call with HR. During this call, they outlined the interview stages and provided details about the job. They were very open and communicative throughout, which I really appreciated! Following that, I had a design interview with two Senior Product Designers, and finally, a meeting with the CCO and another Designer. I received my offer the next week.
- Could you present your portfolio to us?
- Do you have a favorite project you'd like to showcase?
- What were the main difficulties or issues in that project?
Creative Director
A recruiter reached out to me about a role. I mentioned I was only interested in leadership positions (manager level or higher). She confirmed they had a few openings and suggested I could interview to find the best fit. Most of the interviewers (five in total) kept things pretty general, so I did too, since the specific role wasn't clear. A lot of them didn't even ask about my current job. If they had, they would have seen I'm already a director with over five years of leadership experience. They didn't even offer me a director-level role.

Senior Frontend Developer
We started with a general discussion call with HR for about 15-20 min, mostly covering general intro and salary discussion. Then there were two technical rounds. The first technical round covered basic html, css like flexbox, nth child, background attach, and JS topics like arrow function, regular function, call/bind/apply method, == & ===, and basic Angular features. The second technical round went deeper into Angular, discussing directives, pipes, pure & impure, Ngrx, etc., along with very detailed JS concepts like promises under various conditions, event loop, browser model, and Web APIs. After these rounds, there was an assessment test with 3 Angular tasks. It seems they initially forgot to mention this test, as they asked me to complete it towards the end of the process.
- Can you create a function that returns a promise?
