I was contacted by Mobiquity through a recruiter. Initially, I had a casual conversation with a Talent Acquisition Specialist who gave me information about the role and Mobiquity. After that, I received a technical assessment that took about 9 hours. Once I submitted it, I waited over two weeks for them to review it and set up a technical interview. It was quite disappointing to learn during the interview that they hadn't even looked at my assessment and only asked me technical questions about Swift. I only found out at the end when I asked for feedback on my work, and they said they weren't the ones who reviewed it. The next day, the Talent Acquisition Specialist called to let me know they wouldn't be proceeding with my application.

I got an email to set up a 30 minute Skype call with a recruiter at Mobiquity, which was like a screening interview. They asked me about my background and why I was interested in Mobiquity. Near the end of that call, they scheduled my technical interview. The technical interview wasn't super structured; they reviewed my open source projects and seemed to have made up their minds before we even talked. So, it wasn't a deep technical dive, more like a tech talk where we chatted about some technical challenges I'd faced and how I solved them. The next day, I got another email to schedule the final interview with the development manager and the project manager. This last interview also focused on my background and work experience, and it was structured. At the end of it, a recruiter contacted me to say I got the job and to schedule another interview to talk about the offer.

Applied online and got a call for confirmation. Then, a Zoom interview was scheduled. It seemed they only have one meeting ID because several employees joined during my interview. They were asking for information like others' email addresses and contact numbers. The interviewer asked questions about Object Oriented Programming, DP, Agile, but seemed clueless about the works of Allen Kay, Robert C Martin, and Trygve Reenskaug. It was a total waste of time.
