Coordination and reception could have been better, with some arrival confusion and a delay before being directed to the interview location. The interview itself felt disorganized, with the interviewer mentioning the meeting format could have been different, suggesting internal miscommunication. During the discussion, I was questioned about my educational background and career choices, which seemed to stray from the actual position. The interviewer appeared more interested in why I wasn't pursuing other career paths rather than discussing my fit for the role. When I explained my strategic career decisions based on current market conditions, the feedback felt dismissive rather than constructive. The overall impression was that the interviewer wasn't fully aligned with the hiring needs or the specifics of the position.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a quick process, and everyone from the team and HR was really nice. The interview focuses on the logic and insights behind things. First, there was a behavioral interview, followed by a case study and presentation. You'll need to put effort into creating and preparing your presentation.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a three-stage interview process (HR, CS Manager, and Head of Sales), each happening weekly, plus a case study via email. The interviews themselves were standard, asking about me and my experience. What stood out was that all three interviews asked the same questions, suggesting a lack of a defined or continuous process. Despite this, after the last interview, which was reportedly very positive according to the Head of Sales himself, they went silent. I followed up multiple times, and they stated they were analyzing my application. After more than three weeks, I received a negative response. The whole process spanned almost two months, which I found excessive.

So this whole thing took about 4 weeks to complete. It kicked off with a phone call, then I chatted with HR, then the hiring managers, and there were some written tasks. The final step was an interview with senior management. It was a lot, man, trying to do all this while still working my current job. The assignment was rough, I had to do 4 different kinds of articles – a blog post, social media stuff, a press release, and a report. They gave me these huge PDF documents, like over 20 pages, to use for the 4 assignments, and I only had 4 working days. The HR chat was about 45 minutes, and the hiring manager interview was around 1 hour 15 minutes. The questions themselves were actually pretty straightforward and fit the job, but honestly, the whole process dragged on way too long and took up so much of my time. I get they need to find the right person, but asking for 4 written pieces without even promising a job is just too much. Seriously hope they can reconsider how they do their hiring.
