It was a pretty demanding process overall. It started with an application, then I had to submit a piece of work, and then there were interviews. But I guess it makes sense given what the job entails.

I went to the office in 2019 for my interview. It was in-person and had several rounds. First, there was a computer test with Excel and Word. Then, I did a mock phone call with a client. After that, I interviewed with the direct managers and then the head of the team. They talked about the job's scope, what the day-to-day tasks would be like, and tested my knowledge of things like FMCG and specific countries, using Australia as an example.

The initial interview was quite direct, without requiring extensive self-introductions. It included two Excel-based calculation tests and a role-playing exercise. The entire process consisted of two interview rounds, followed by a quick and smooth onboarding.
