Behavioral Case

There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first was with a recruiter, followed by an online interview with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person meeting at the office with the SVP. No tests or preparation tasks were needed, just answering questions about my past experiences.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First, a chat with HR over the phone, then I met with one of the managers face-to-face. Next up was a role-play scenario involving a client case study, also face-to-face. After that, I had a meeting with a Director to get more details about the team and the company. The final meeting was with members of the team, to get a feel for the spirit.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a really good experience. It started with a 30-minute introductory phone call with the recruiter. Then, I had a 1-hour Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The last step was a 1-hour Zoom session involving a sales role-play and a brief interview with the hiring manager and another team member. There was supposed to be a final stage if I was successful. The whole process felt engaging, and everyone seemed professional and friendly. Too bad it didn't work out.
