First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mettler-Toledo.
Continuous Improvement Specialist
I did an internal interview for my current position. I had two interviews in total: the first was with the Service Operations and Sales/Marketing Manager, and the second was with HR. It wasn't the typical interview process because it was an internal move. I think our company really values the employees they bring on board. I came prepared for my interview with a presentation on process improvement and made sure I was ready for all the usual questions.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Technicien pipette itinérant
It was a series of interactive interviews. They were clear about the role, and the training and career progression were well explained. The staff were attentive. The difficulty for this role's interview wasn't high. The company highlighted a significant advantage for this position.
- What is your educational background?
- What do you know about the products?
- What is your familiarity with the laboratory environment?
International Leadership Program
The interview process was really unprofessional and not structured at all. I interviewed at the start of July and it's now been over two months with no updates or even a rejection email. I've followed up and called multiple times but haven't heard back. For a global company with such a good reputation, I expected better communication and a more organized process. I really value transparency and professionalism in an employer, which is why I was so interested in Mettler Toledo. But they just don't seem to have it. It's surprising they even have a leadership program when the leaders and recruiters can't even manage a basic recruitment process professionally.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this program?
- What makes you want to join this specific program?
Order Management Specialist
The interview process was generally smooth and comfortable, with friendly and direct interviewers. They were interested in my past work experience and how I’d approach different situations, as well as getting a sense of my personality. They also provided a good explanation of the Shared Business Centre’s function and key concepts, which helped me understand the role and company operations better. This experience gave me a positive impression of the company culture and growth potential.
- Can you tell me about your career aspirations?
- What are your motivators outside of salary?
