It was multiple people over zoom, and each seemed to ask different questions. There were 2 rounds - the first was a phone call with the recruiter, and the second was a zoom call with 4 engineers or people who have worked with the program.

It was a long process, lasting from 9am to 1pm. Two people were interviewed at the same time. I also had to create a presentation. The interviewers were very friendly though, and the interview was very efficient.

This company has a Power Point presentation requirement that they claim has no right or wrong answers, but a panelist indicated I gave the 'right' answer. They stated it would take too much time to get me 'up to speed', despite me presenting my Industrial Controls technology work, which seemed to go over their heads. I suspect my age was a factor. It was a three-person panel, and they were negative from the start, particularly one person with a German accent. The location was a garage setup and didn't seem inviting or fun due to management. I think they are also trying to avoid paying for talent, as several engineers have left. They are hiring for multiple roles and I know they intend to hire foreign graduates for their first jobs, who will need to be 'brought up to speed'. This review is significantly toned down.
