I went through three rounds of interviews. First, a phone call with HR where they asked standard questions. Then, I had an in-person interview with my direct manager, and after that, a second interview with them as well. Both in-person interviews were about an hour long.

Interviews were okay but after three rounds, they started looking for more candidates. I found this out from friends who were also interviewing. When I asked HR if they were still interested in me, they said yes. After two weeks, I heard nothing more. Very unprofessional. It's good I found this out early. Don't join this company if they act like this from the start.
