The process was pretty straightforward. First, an HR round, then straight into a technical round. For the technical round, you had to watch a gameplay video and list out all the bugs you found. There were also some behavioral questions that you had to answer through an online form.

Behavioral Presentation

My job search at Lionbridge started in 2024, after 2 interviews they ghosted me out for 8 months. On July 3rd 2025, the hiring manager searched to me again and invited to one last interview, which seemed to go well, but then was completely ghosted by the company, once again. I sent several emails asking for updates, but there were no replies. Very unprofessional.

Quick interview process. First, a call with the HR recruiter over the phone to discuss the job. Then, a call on MS Teams where they asked about video game experience and language skills for the localization role. They'll give you 10-15 minutes to answer 3 questions about video games and your knowledge of them - no need to worry, they aren't technical.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • What video games are you currently playing?
  • Can you tell me about the video games you play?
  • What's your proficiency level in the language needed for localization?
