Since Lionbridge is known as the global leader in translation, it seems they usually give applicants a translation test to assess their level. I took the exam, which was easy for me since I'd been a freelance translator for two years. Soon after, the interviewer came into the room with my marked exam, congratulating me on my excellent score. She then asked me questions about my translation and Project Management experience, if I could provide examples of cross-divisional tasks I'd done, and my thoughts on a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment. The interview went very smoothly. Importantly, I got a clear understanding of what it's like to work there, which is crucial for me as a job seeker. I wouldn't want to join a company I know little about. Overall, it was a pleasant interview.

First you will have an aptitude test, followed by an HR round. In the HR round, they will ask you some questions about yourself and your knowledge of the company, and then explain the company's process. The third round is with a manager and a team lead (TL), where they'll inquire about your strengths and weaknesses, your previous responsibilities, and your experience with Excel. The final round is an operations round with a manager, who might ask similar questions. If you're selected, HR will discuss salary.

Applied online and heard back later than I expected. Had two interviews, and then they went silent after the second one. I did ask for feedback, but never got a response.
