I interviewed for a QA testing role on March 4, 2017. They said I was shortlisted and would get an offer soon. However, after multiple attempts to reach HR, I never heard back and my calls weren't returned. When I finally reached them, they made excuses and rescinded the offer, claiming my salary expectations were too high, even though it was only a 30% increase and I was willing to negotiate. This felt unprofessional for a leading US MNC.

I spoke with a lady who started with some basic questions. Then, we moved on to manual and automation testing, covering both concepts and real-world situations. She also asked about the frameworks I use. After that, she asked me why I'm looking for this job, and I answered everything. She mentioned there would be an HR interview and told me to wait, but after 5 minutes, they said they would contact me by phone and I could leave. I haven't received any calls yet.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Are you experienced in writing code, as everything depends on your resume?
  • Can you tell me about your manual and automation testing experience, including concepts and real-time scenarios?
  • What automation frameworks have you worked with?
