First, there was a phone call, then an online MS Excel test. They invited me for an interview with the operation manager and project manager less than a week after the first call. I got the offer about 5 days later. It was a good experience.

The recruiter was helpful and set pay expectations early. There was an Excel test before the interview. The actual interview was quick and easy, but the hiring manager didn't have much detail about the role. Also, HR put the wrong on-site location on the initial contract.
- What is your understanding of Lionbridge?
- General assessment questions followed by this.
- What are your salary expectations?
Ads Quality Rater
There was a really long English test where I had to answer questions that are basically what the job entails. For instance, I was asked to describe an ad or pick the best description for an image's context.
- Can you describe a given ad?
- Please select the description that best fits the context of the image.
