Project Manager
Applied on the website and then had an HR call a week later for about 30 minutes. After that, I had an interview with the team leader for about 1 hour, covering general motivation, skills, past experiences, and case studies to see how I'd perform in the role.
- Tell me about your global motivation.
- What are your past work experiences?
- Can you solve these case studies to show how you would perform in the position?
Project Manager
3 super professional interviews: one to get to know each other, a technical interview (operations), a commercial interview, and some HR questions. The company is also interested in your future aspirations and career plan.
- What is your motivation for joining Lionbridge?
- Where do you envision yourself in five years?
- Can you share some of your most significant professional achievements?
Localization Project Manager
Applied for a PM role in Poland a month ago. The recruiter didn't introduce the company or its benefits on the first call, even though I knew some things from a friend. They also gave me wrong info about remote work, which the hiring manager later corrected. The recruiter was mainly focused on my salary expectations, which is tough to answer without knowing the role details. I had a good Skype call with two hiring managers who seemed interested in my localization background and mentioned multiple openings. After a week of no response, I contacted the recruiter again and was told they needed my salary expectations to proceed. I emailed them my expectations twice, but still haven't heard back. It's frustrating, and I hope their client interactions are better.
- What salary are you expecting?
