Got an initial phone interview, then they told me I'd have to come to the job site for a 3-hour test/interview, and it's unpaid. Basically, I'd be a contract media writer for Lionbridge, but working for Apple as a third party. This contract could end anytime. They want me to do a 3-hour Mac test on-site. This is ridiculous and a waste of time for an entry-level job that could disappear. It's not like a university final or a leadership role that needs such an extensive test. They should ask their client for more reasonable interviews, especially for a job that's so unstable.
