I had back-to-back interviews with 3 engineers. They asked conceptual technical questions. It felt a bit sketchy because some engineers seemed unprepared, occasionally asking questions unrelated to the job, and one even had the radio on during the whole interview.

The duration in this case was 3 days, it was only with HR and the direct manager. They were very specific and honest with the information provided. They conducted some tests to confirm the use of CRM, SAP, etc. which were necessary to fill the vacancy.

The process was pretty chill and fast. It was fun talking to the interviewers. Got a phone screening maybe a day or two after applying, and then went onsite within a few days after that. I felt like the interview went well, and they even brought me in to chat with the GM for an extra 30-45 minutes. Unfortunately, I never heard back after the onsite interview, which is a bummer since they said they'd let me know about a decision. I spent hours of my work week on these interviews, so a follow-up would have been nice. It's a two-way street when it comes to professionalism.
