The interview was solely behavioural, focusing on my teamwork abilities and past projects. Since the HR interviewer was unwell, the interview was conducted exclusively by the managers I would have reported to.

It was a two-round interview process. The first round started with a company tour that lasted about forty minutes. Following the tour, a senior engineer asked me some basic questions about my past projects for about fifteen minutes. The total time for the first interview was over two hours, with a lot of waiting time. They called all interviewees at the same time, and it was a one-on-one interview. The second interview was mostly about self-introduction, with no behavioral questions. This interview lasted about one and a half hours; I was the last to interview, with about twenty minutes of actual interview time and the rest spent waiting. Three technical questions about force analysis were asked.

I applied online and had a contact try to refer me, but I didn't hear back from them. About a month later, I got an email for an HR screen to check basic eligibility. Then, an engineer called to discuss the program and my background. After a few weeks, they flew me to Cleveland for an interview with four engineers, a plant tour, and a benefits discussion. I got an offer a couple days after that. Be aware that HR might be disorganized with scheduling, but they are nice. After accepting, there was a background check, drug test (hair for THC, urine for nicotine), and a physical. They flew me back to find housing. The company covered moving costs, but the whole process was a bit complicated because many parts were outsourced. Don't stress, it's apparently common in corporate jobs.
