First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lincoln Electric.
Co-Op
The interview took over 40 mins. I never heard back from them again, if they were not planning to hire me I would appreciate at least a formal rejection letter.
- What made you choose to apply to our company?
Intern
The interviewer was really nice and friendly throughout the whole process. They made me feel comfortable and valued, which is super important, especially for a first work experience. I think this place is a great chance to start my professional development as an intern because it seems like a positive, respectful, and learning-focused environment. It definitely left me with a really good impression as a solid place to kick off my career.
- Tell me about your previous work experience. Which school did you attend?
Intern
This was an internship position. The interview process included behavioral questions that were not too difficult. I liked the projects. They offer housing and transportation in Ohio. The work environment is relaxed. You can attend school for two days a week, and they have a rotational program which is nice. The pay could be better, but the benefits are good.
- Can you tell me about a time you experienced a conflict?
