Key Account Manager
So, for the intern program, it's usually 4 rounds. The first one is just a CV review. Then, there's an HR call where they check your motivation and when you're available. After that, you'll have an interview with the manager. The fourth step is an Excel test, mainly to see how fast you can read data and use pivot tables. Finally, there's the onboarding process.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What's been your most significant accomplishment?
- What challenges have you faced in this type of role?
Sales Associate
So the interview process involves responding to a business case within a certain time, then you need to create a pitch deck and present it to the VP and manager. It has to be logical and data-based. And you must be able to answer situational case interview questions.
- Why did you relocate?
- Can you explain your motivation for moving?
- Give your reasons for your move.
Strategic Growth
This was the most disappointing recruitment experience I've ever had. The recruitment coordinator and hiring manager were nice and communicative, but the process was frustrating. I went to the office for an interview that was canceled last minute and rescheduled. They were very apologetic. I was given a strategic initiatives case study and put a lot of effort into it, but during the presentation, it was barely discussed, with slides rushed or skipped. The interview with the head of department was positive; she was respectful and inspiring. However, the process after that was discouraging. I waited a week without an update and was told to wait another week due to delays with other candidates. After over 3 weeks, I was told the role scope had changed and the position was no longer needed. I asked if they planned to reopen the revised role, but never received a reply. I don't think it's that difficult to respond, especially after so much time and effort from both sides.
- How does your experience and skill align with the role, your way of working/leading, etc.?
- Then there was a study case to work in a given deadline.
Analyst
It was a straightforward interview. They questioned me about my category knowledge for the specific category I was applying for. I was interviewed by 3 people: the Cluster VP and two Category Directors. The interview questions were pretty detailed and related to that particular category. HR was nice and guided me through the process.
- Tell me about your knowledge of the category you're applying for.
- How would you describe your working style?
- What are some ideas you have for the cluster overall?
