So, for the intern program, it's usually 4 rounds. The first one is just a CV review. Then, there's an HR call where they check your motivation and when you're available. After that, you'll have an interview with the manager. The fourth step is an Excel test, mainly to see how fast you can read data and use pivot tables. Finally, there's the onboarding process.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really long interview process. Started with HR screening, then a panel interview, followed by an interview with the head of the department, and finally an interview with talent acquisition. The interviewers were super nice, but the HR person was very unprofessional. They asked about my expected salary right at the beginning and continued with the application process. But then, when it was time to give an offer, they suddenly said they couldn't afford my expected salary.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got a call from an HR person to start. They asked me some things about my past jobs and then I had to do a test. After that, I got invited for the main interview. It lasted an hour with two interviewers. They were nice and friendly enough, but honestly, a bit unprofessional. Both had their cameras off which felt super awkward and threw me off my game. The questions they asked really dug into my answers, with a lot of follow-ups. So, make sure you talk about the skills and stuff you're good at and feel confident about. They also asked a couple of questions about what's going on in the world right now.
