Applied online and received an email about 2 weeks later apologizing for the delay, then another email with the next steps. They gave 24 hours each for a hirevue interview (basic e-commerce questions) and a situational judgement assessment. The final step was a 1-hour panel interview mainly with HR & SVP, where they asked detailed questions about work experiences, personal values, and work ethic. The interviewers were friendly and chatty. An offer was extended the same day.
