There were 3 rounds in the interview process: a group discussion, a psychometric test, and a personal interview. They were really interested in management and customer handling skills. They preferred candidates who had experience in retail or in roles where they were managing or handling customers.

I had a face-to-face interview on the weekend, scheduled for 12:30 PM but starting at 2:30 PM. The first round went well, got positive feedback. The second round was supposed to be same day but got postponed due to a production issue. They said it would be rescheduled for Monday but it never happened. HR stopped responding and after two weeks, I got a rejection email. Why do you waste candidates’ entire day calling them for an in-person interview when things are not properly planned or communicated? We take time out of our schedules and show up respectfully, but the least we deserve is proper communication — even if it’s just a rejection.

So first the hr gives you a call and asks about your experience. Then they set up an interview with the hiring manager. Mine went pretty well, so they said I'd have to do a technical round for an hour where they'd ask SQL and PowerBI questions. After that, there was an interview with the department head. The HR kept in touch the whole time and promised an update after the final round, win or lose. I waited weeks, no reply to emails or calls. They ghosted me. It's happened twice now, they ghost candidates and don't have the decency to say you're not selected after 3 rounds. It's a terrible experience, no human courtesy at all.

The process was quite long, spanning 6 months from the initial phone call to starting work in Dubai. It involved 3 rounds of technical interviews, which weren't too difficult if well-prepared, and included algorithm tests. Candidates could use Java, Python, or any programming language for these tests. There was also a psychotechniques interview and a couple of rounds of HR negotiations.
