There were 3 rounds in the interview process: a group discussion, a psychometric test, and a personal interview. They were really interested in management and customer handling skills. They preferred candidates who had experience in retail or in roles where they were managing or handling customers.

The process was very smooth and the team was cooperative and flexible. The HR team followed up strongly and listened to me. They provided insights into the company, making it a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I applied in Nov'18 and had a phone interview with the manager within 1-2 weeks. HR called me back in Dec'18 for a phone interview with C-suite executives. After that, my application was accepted and HR called the same day to get details for the offer letter. It's Jan'19 now and I still haven't received anything, even after following up diligently. My issue is being called for offer details and then not getting anything, with no communication about the position being filled or closed. HR also needs to be more responsive; picking up calls on their landline is basic professionalism. The management and HR need to be more efficient.
