So first the hr gives you a call and asks about your experience. Then they set up an interview with the hiring manager. Mine went pretty well, so they said I'd have to do a technical round for an hour where they'd ask SQL and PowerBI questions. After that, there was an interview with the department head. The HR kept in touch the whole time and promised an update after the final round, win or lose. I waited weeks, no reply to emails or calls. They ghosted me. It's happened twice now, they ghost candidates and don't have the decency to say you're not selected after 3 rounds. It's a terrible experience, no human courtesy at all.

Case Behavioral
This interview process involved a case study and a behavioral interview, both of which were of average difficulty. For the case study, I was asked to estimate the number of petrol pumps in Mumbai and to discuss a go-to-market strategy. The behavioral part focused on my past achievements, and I was asked to explain my contribution using the STAR methodology.

It was a 3 round interview process, followed by an HR interview. The first round was a technical interview focusing on SQL, Excel, Statistics, and Python. The second and third rounds were techno-functional, covering questimattes, puzzles, and business-related logical questions.
