Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Landmark Group.
Buyer
The interview was good. They started with 'tell me about yourself' and asked about my basic knowledge of the role. It was an online interview with 3 people on the panel.
- Can you state the pantone colour of the year?
Buyer
It was smooth but took too much unnecessary time for the next round. There was no proper communication, and I found out after 3 months that the role had become redundant. Highly unprofessional and not respectful or trustworthy.
- Could you describe the organizational hierarchy and team structure?
- What is the job role and its scope?
Buyer
It was a very professional, warm, and welcoming interview experience, free from any bias. The HR representative was punctual, spoke clearly, and was thorough. Following that, I met with the manager.
- Can you discuss your professional experience?
- What have been your key performance achievements?
- Could you elaborate on significant projects you've worked on?
