It was an offline interview where the first stage involved assessing communication skills, both written and verbal. After that, I didn't receive any further communication from the company, not even a rejection email.

I applied and then after about a month, the HR manager reached out. We had a brief chat to get to know each other. Following that, they sent me a test, which I passed. Then, I had another interview with a different HR manager and a coordinator. The final step was an interview with the rest of the team. The whole thing took roughly two months.

Behavioral Presentation

The process started in November 2024, but they didn't get back to me until June 2025, which was a 7-month wait to restart. In the final round, I interviewed with the project manager. She liked my profile and said she'd wait for HR's notification. After two weeks, HR informed me the project was canceled and they'd keep my details. It was a total waste of time. This company heavily relies on projects, taking 7-8 months to get them, only to cancel them, leaving candidates without job offers. Terrible company.
