The interview process had two parts. First, an online test with three sections: English, customer support, and game testing. The English and game tester parts were multiple choice (abcd), and the customer support part involved replying to mock user tickets based on guidelines. Two days later, I had a Skype call with a recruiter. They asked about my expectations versus reality of being a game tester and some English speaking tasks.

Keywords reached out on March 4th about the interview process, which involved a Moodle language test and an Excel test. I passed both. Two weeks later, I was told they were going with another candidate, but my application would be kept for future roles. Two months after that, two weeks ago, they got in touch again with an offer for their Katowice office and asked if I had questions. I sent my questions the next day, but haven't heard back since.
