Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keywords Studios.
Talent Acquisition Manager
It was an average interview, with generic questions. They don't seem to hire more than 10 people in a month. They were aware of my 90-day notice period, so it was strange they interviewed me if they wanted someone who could join immediately. Also, don't expect them to share any interview feedback.
- What is your availability to join?
Recruiter
The interview process involved an initial screening followed by a conversation with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up regarding the outcome, which was a disappointing experience as I was expecting at least a response. The whole process felt quite disorganized.
- What makes you interested in this position?
- Tell me about your understanding of our company.
- What are your salary expectations?
Recruiter
The whole hiring thing took about 3 months. I applied online first, then I had this skype chat with one of the Directors. After that, I talked to two different groups of interviewers, both of them Project Managers.
- Tell me your favorite color and give me three reasons why you dislike it.
