So the process starts with an English language test, then a skill test focusing on community management. After that, there's an interview where we talk about you and the company. The last step is usually an interview with the project manager, and sometimes, the client joins in too.

The process started in November 2024, but they didn't get back to me until June 2025, which was a 7-month wait to restart. In the final round, I interviewed with the project manager. She liked my profile and said she'd wait for HR's notification. After two weeks, HR informed me the project was canceled and they'd keep my details. It was a total waste of time. This company heavily relies on projects, taking 7-8 months to get them, only to cancel them, leaving candidates without job offers. Terrible company.

So I had a language test first, then a 30 min chat with the recruiter, followed by a 30 min interview with the project manager. Two days later, they called me to ask for scans of my diploma, passport, and ID. Three days after that, I got an offer, but I had to decline because the salary was way too low for someone with 5 years of experience. They offered 7k gross PLN for a full-time role, which is below industry standards, even though HR insisted otherwise. I wasn't given any salary range beforehand, so it was a big disappointment after a 3-week process.
