HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! One of the worst interview experiences of my life! Straight up, no coordination. The coordinator scheduled interviews for literally THE NEXT DAY! No time to prep, interviewed in less than 24hrs? And the recruiter isn't even involved! Then, when discussing salary negotiation AFTER getting the offer, the recruiter said they want to RESCIND the offer. For asking for $200 more/month. Wow.

I went through several interview rounds for a Data Scientist role and was initially told the process would end after the third round. After that interview I was unexpectedly contacted about scheduling an additional in-person interview, but after providing my availability I never received any follow-up. Multiple attempts to get clarification from the recruiter went unanswered. The interviewers themselves were reasonable and the questions were average difficulty, but the coordination and communication from recruiting were extremely poor. Ghosting candidates after several rounds of interviews is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time.

I had a HireVue video interview with about 3-4 questions and short prep time for each. These questions were mostly behavioral/fit. Then there was an analyst phone screen that covered behavioral fit and some basic technical concepts. Finally, I had an in-person assessment day with multiple interviews that tested my technical skills, market knowledge, behavioral aspects, and cultural fit.

Had a few interview rounds with the VP, ED, and some other associates. They mostly asked behavioral questions to see how I work with others, handle stress, and tackle problems. The interviewers were nice, and all the interviews happened in about a week. It took more than a month to get a response about an offer. I got a verbal offer and heard I'd get the official one by email soon. When I tried to negotiate, they went silent, and then I got an automated rejection email a few weeks later.
