The interview process was quite lengthy, spanning from October to January. It began with a recruiter phone call, followed by an assessment, and then four subsequent interview rounds. All interviews were conducted via Zoom and were about 30 minutes each. As the rounds progressed, the interviews became more technical, focusing on my skills and potential contributions. The final round was primarily a culture fit assessment. After the final interview, I received a verbal offer within two weeks, and a written offer two days later. My start date was set two weeks after the written offer, making the entire hiring process over three months long.

Applied online and then HR reached out within 3 days to set up a preliminary call. This call focused on my background, why I wanted this job, and what I wanted to earn. Later, I was invited for an in-person interview that happened a couple of weeks after. It was a panel interview with the team lead, VP, and ED. They were all nice and it felt like a standard interview for a big company. They asked about my experience, why I applied, some behavioral stuff, and tough technical questions related to the job. I didn't hear back for about 3 weeks and then got a generic rejection email. It was a bit annoying not to get any specific feedback, but that's pretty typical for such a large organization.
