The interview process was intense, but they were good about giving me a heads-up on what I needed to do and preparing me with relevant questions. The job description was for an NFT Operations Manager, responsible for the comprehensive operation and management of the NFT product line, aiming to expand overall NFT user growth. It also involved understanding the NFT industry's operational models, analyzing the development and market trends of the company's global NFT business from an operational standpoint, and proposing operational strategies. A key part was maintaining relationships with NFT users, exploring potential users, ensuring good communication, and staying updated on customer needs. The goal was to expand NFT user transaction scale and improve transaction frequency through acquisition means.

The hiring process was quite slow, with a 1-2 week turnaround time for communication, even for positive updates. It felt like multiple HR representatives were involved for different aspects. In my experience, five different HR personnel reached out to me throughout the three interview rounds, which spanned a total of seven weeks. Notably, all interviews were conducted by either a Vice President or a Senior Vice President.

We had 3 rounds in total. The first 2 rounds were focused on evaluating technical skills. The last round was with the Hiring Manager. There was an additional 'discussion' with the SVP or higher which was not evaluated, just a formality. This was followed by an HR round and a video speaking assessment.
